Your Form makes dress forms simple and personal. First, purchase your form through our website. Next, upload a short 360° video scan of yourself (we’ll guide you step-by-step). Once we receive your scan, we transform it into a 3D model and craft your dress form to match your unique measurements. When it’s ready, we deliver your one-of-a-kind form straight to your door.
