This site presents a greatly enhanced model of problem solving. By identifying which of 6 problem types is most dominant in any given situation, the model outlines the best process for successful resolution. It also defines the leadership approach that best supports robust problem solving throughout the organization. Although the focus of the site is organizational problem solving, the same model applies to couples therapy, social issues, and political problems.
