Everyone has mental health and it is important that we all Just Talk about it. We share quality assured emotional wellbeing and self-help info, as well as where to go for help, for Hertfordshire's young people, parents/carers and professionals. Just Talk is steered by young "Ambassadors," and coordinated by Hertfordshire County Council, in partnership with more than 35 organisations from across the county.
