This is my web presence. I’m Bjorn and I call myself a Software Psychologist. Decades ago I realized that my job was to listen to the software and the processes, learning where they are “in pain”, and then fix those things, i.e., the things that a psychologist does. And now in the era of LLMs, the primary role has become cajoling the AI to produce the right thing, so psychology seems even more appropriate. And thus I’m a Software Psychologist.
